Tamur has appeared across the Ontario courts, from Small Claims to the Superior Court of Justice, as well as the Federal Court and administrative tribunals including the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Muraad works directly with injured clients across the full range of personal injury claims, from motor vehicle collisions and serious negligence to long-term disability and workplace injuries. Clients deal with him personally at every stage, not a case manager.

He prepares every file as though it will be tried, which is what puts a client in the strongest position to resolve a claim on fair terms. His courtroom experience spans the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.

Tariq founded Shah & Shah Lawyers and has practised law in Ontario since 1998. For more than two decades he has focused on immigration and real estate.
